SPLIT – ROGOZNICA/PRIMOŠTEN – KRKA RIVER WATERFALLS (Places Skradin or Zlarin) – KORNATI ISLANDS /SALI – town of ZADAR – town of Vodice – town of TROGIR – town of SPLIT
If you have chosen the sailing with vintage sailing ships to explore some of the most beautiful Dalmatian islands, small bays or islets as well as ancient old towns, please take just simple garderobe, swimming costume and let us to take care about your food and free time. During the day you can swim, sunbathe, dive into blue Adriatic Sea and in the evening find your own way to explore the place you arrive.
Saturday SPLIT – ROGOZNICA or PRIMOŠTEN
Embarkation on the ship will take place in a harbor Split. After departure we will serve a quick lunch. In the nearby quite bay you can take the opportunity to jump and swim into the clear crystal water. We expect to arrive in late afternoon for overnight stay in one of the most beautiful Dalmatian villages like Rogoznica or Primošten. Here you can taste local wine, typical prepared food or take a drink in small cafes.
Sunday ROGOZNICA or PRIMOŠTEN – ŠIBENIK – KRKA RIVER WATERFALLS/places SKRADIN or ZLARIN
Today we will first visit Šibenik and town main symbol cathedral of the St.Jacob dated back to 15th Century A.D., many beautiful historical buildings, palaces and churches. On our route to Krka National Park we will serve a lunch on board and enjoy beautiful view of Krka Canyon. Afternoon free for various individual activities. In this exceptional park you should discover nice waterfalls, rich flora and fauna, historical and cultural monuments. Overnight in Skradin or Zlarin depending on availability in the harbors.
Monday KRKA RIVER WATERFALLS – KORNATI ISLANDS – SALI
This day you will enjoy in specific group of islands called Kornati because of its exceptional landscape beauty and diversity of the coastline. Kornati consists of 89 islands, islets and cliffs and is declared National Park in 1980. Remarkable experience is swimming in this unique archipelago. Overnight stay in Sali on island Dugi Otok.
Tuesday SALI – ZADAR
This morning we suggest to swim until departure to Zadar. Whole night will be spent in Zadar, but during the day you can join the city tour covering the most interesting sites like St.Donat’s basilica the symbol of the town, Cathedral of St.Stošija ,the Roman forum from 1st century AD, city walls from 16th century which connect two parts of the town, and famous Zadar Sea Organ built few years ago.
Wednesday ZADAR – VODICE
It is time to start our sail back along the Dalmatian coast and stop for a swim in hidden bays where we will have a lunch. Afternoon and night will be spent in Vodice, one of the most popular tourist resorts in this part of the coast. Vodice are famous for its cousy restaurants, taverns, cafes and rich night life on the terraces and discos.
Thursday VODICE – TROGIR
After having breakfast we will leave to Trogir and have a stop for swim in one of the bays en route. Most of the afternoon and night we will spend in Trogir one of the oldest Dalmatian town dating back to 4th century when it was founded as Greek colony. Because of its rich past, Trogir is full of historical monuments, palaces, churches, towers and fortresses from various periods and therefore it’s often called “Museaum Town”.
Friday TROGIR – SPLIT
This is our last day on the sea so we will enjoy most of the day in swimming in one of the bays on nearby island Čiovo. We have to be back in Split harbor around 4PM and offer you the possibility to take a guided tour of Split, which is the capital of Dalmatia and 2nd the biggest town in Croatia. Split was founded in 4th century when Roman emperor Diocletian has erected beautiful palace. The following turbulent centuries made a lot of influences on its culture and life, but did not loose Mediterranean charm. Overnight in Split
Saturday SPLIT
We will serve early breakfast and finish our tour wishing to welcome you again.
